Expedited shipping. We ship on Mondays through UPS. Once your package arrives, any D.O.A. must be reported. We require a picture of the unopened bag, with the animals inside, within two hours of the package's arrival. If this occurred, we will reship the order at no cost to the customer, as long as the replacement items are in stock. If they are sold out, we will issue a full refund.
